We cannot thank Bespoke Design Rutland enough. From start to finish, the whole process and team have been wonderful. We have just undergone a large kitchen/living extension, including orangery on the back of our Victorian property. We had a lot of concerns, one being the age of the property, how the old and new would work together, the disruption through the winter months and making sure the outcome was what we had envisioned. From the initial meeting with Paul, discussing what we wanted and how we could achieve it. It was vital that we got it right from the start. Paul quickly got 3D visuals of the space, too, and we loved it. We then met Faye, who was going to manage the project from start to finish. We cannot fault her attention to detail and communication. My husband and I both work full time with young children, so having Faye there taking care of all the day-to-day organising ensured that the project ran seamlessly. Even when faced with issues, these were managed, dealt with and resolved quickly. We then met the builders, Danny and Ollie, and knowing they would be at the house every day for the next 6months, we wanted to make sure you were comfortable and that they were generally nice guys, which they are. Every day, rain or shine, they had smiles on their face. Always professional and very skilled. Finally, the woodwork and finishing of the orangery were completed by Dave and his team and executed brilliantly. This also included three traditional sash timber windows and a back door. We had many more trades throughout the project that were all coordinated by bespoke, and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The outcome of the project is everything we could have dreamed of. The space has totally changed the way we live and interact as a family. The build compliments the house and has brought our home in line with modern living. We can highly recommend it!

Bespoke Design Rutland designed and installed our orangery, and replaced 2 hardwood french doors. They were very professional from start to finish. Everything was very clear and detailed in the paperwork, plans, contract, etc. Communication and organisation from Faye were exceptional throughout the project. We were kept informed of progress at each stage and also when workmen and deliveries would be arriving. The team of workmen were lovely; it was a pleasure to see them every day. The build itself exceeded our expectations, and we would have no hesitation in recommending this company for your building project.

Bespoke has just completed an orangery build for us. Our house is a Grade II Orangery extension to a Grade II Listed Building, which added extra complexity, but the quality of workmanship and service throughout was excellent. They managed the build from start to finish and paid real care and attention at every stage. We looked at several other companies but felt that Bespoke, as a family business, were more invested in our project than others. Would definitely recommend it to others.

I am still in awe of how stunning my orangery is. It is aesthetically beautiful and functional, and I have the team at Bespoke Design led by Faye to thank for doing an amazing job. I picked Bespoke Design for this project because they are a family-run business with a good reputation and also because they do everything from designing and planning to doing all the building and electrical works and making sure all planning permissions are in place where appropriate. Faye, who oversees the work’s progress, is exceptional, and Lee ensures all is going to plan at the site. All the trades are professional and extremely skilled in their various specialities. The work was finished on time, quality and budget. I have no complaints on any aspect of the work. This company really care about customer service and satisfaction. All my calls were always returned, and I received detailed updates daily. I really could go on all day about how fantastic Bespoke designs are, but suffice it to say, I highly recommend them to anyone wishing to install an orangery. Excellent conservatory, really pleased with the look and quality of the traditional conservatory product. Many thanks to Dave and Dan, who did a really great job on the build. Considering that we committed to the project just a month before the lockdown for COVID-19 came in March, I was pleasantly surprised when construction started on site a few weeks ahead of my expectation. I had been imagining all sorts of possible problems, but it all came together very professionally. Back in the office, Faye coordinated well and responded quickly whenever we had a question. Would recommend.

We love the design & build quality; the colour is just what we wanted. It’s made a massive improvement to the look & feel of our house. Your installation team were very professional. Faye was excellent throughout, keeping us updated. Very happy.

I wanted to ask you to thank the entire team who were on site yesterday, including me and the entire team. This includes everyone from the guy delivering the skip to the whole team involved in the works. In particular, I am in Manchester all this week and away from home, so my wife has been a little worried about dealing with the whole thing on her own. When she and I spoke in the afternoon, she was really happy with how everything had gone; every single member of your team had been helpful, super-polite, and generally made the whole experience less stressful than I think she was expecting. She (and, therefore, remotely, I) was impressed with the start. I’d like it if you could pass on my thanks to Lee and his team for this. We have used lots of different contractors in the past, and it has not always been the case that we have seen this level of professionalism and helpfulness. So – thank you again.

Our project is finished, and what a joy it is. Special thanks to Dave and Dan. Modern orangery interior looking out who were exemplary. The level of detail and finish was excellent, and cooperation with other trades was also excellent. The design of the lantern roof lights is the triumph and makes the building. We would just like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all at Bespoke Design for the superb service in designing and producing our orangery. From the planning stage to completion, you led us through every process with the best professional advice, continual updates, and minimal fuss. We threw everything at you – foundations needing piling, every weather, the most exposed site! And then, finally, COVID-19, but every team member and every contractor were excellent and a pleasure to have on site. We look forward to enjoying the orangery for many years to come and would not hesitate to recommend Bespoke Design.

I rate this company as excellent in every stage, from the initial visit to discuss options and provide ideas in a way that was not pushy (as I have experienced elsewhere in the past); the promptness of updates and replies to queries were first-class and always with thought to me as a customer. When it was identified that I needed piling for the foundations, you organised this for me with professionalism when dealing with the sub-contractor. The construction of the Orangery was carried out by guys on site who were always cheerful and polite and explained what they were going to do next. If you are looking for a cheap conservatory/Orangery, then this site is not for you, but if you are looking for quality, professionalism, great customer service, and a happy workforce, then don’t look any further, as you will be left with a fantastic Orangery that you can spend many years enjoying.
