I rate this company as excellent in every stage, from the initial visit to discuss options and provide ideas in a way that was not pushy (as I have experienced elsewhere in the past); the promptness of updates and replies to queries were first-class and always with thought to me as a customer. When it was identified that I needed piling for the foundations, you organised this for me with professionalism when dealing with the sub-contractor.
The construction of the Orangery was carried out by guys on site who were always cheerful and polite and explained what they were going to do next. If you are looking for a cheap conservatory/Orangery, then this site is not for you, but if you are looking for quality, professionalism, great customer service, and a happy workforce, then don’t look any further, as you will be left with a fantastic Orangery that you can spend many years enjoying.
