Creative Orangery Designs
At Bespoke Design, based in Ketton, Rutland, we take great pride in being a high-quality orangery designer. As the market leader in this sector, I believe this service is invaluable to our customers, helping them make an informed decision about their investment.
Our complimentary design process requires three individual designers with different skills to create your finished design.
The first phase in the process is your appointed designer, who prepares your drawings and design briefing for the agreed-upon concept. This includes your choice of design and material—a traditional hardwood or an ultra-modern aluminium orangery—and the correct location on the property.
Your appointed designer will also include in his briefing, after discussions with you, an interior design list by selecting your suggested choice of flooring and furniture. This is then set out with an interior design floor plan. The new concept and design drawings will be passed from your appointed designer to our CGI visual aspirational architect later in the process.
Services
Extension Designer
This is to create the new extension that you have dreamed of, but also a close match to your preferred choice of furnishing ideas, which may include a TV location, dining room, or log burner, all linked to what you have preconceived in your private discussions.
Once this stage is completed, the first drawings are passed to our CAD design department, where the architectural drawings, a full detailed specification, and a quotation breakdown are created.
The third phase of the design process is the 3D visuals, which bring the design to life. We provide full visuals of your new orangery in situ in your home.
This design process is presented in a beautiful gift box and is yours to keep and review throughout the project.
